Don has 35 years experience in senior management and business consulting. His core concentrations are: Profitability Analysis, Human Resources, Executive Coaching.

He has an MBA from the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

Don has worked in the human relations profession with Equibank, Westinghouse, Mercy Hospital, UPMC and Kirkpatrick & Lockhart and consulted with a host of small to medium size businesses.
